Story, Design and Character Creation Workshop - Iquitos / Perú

The aim of AniAmazonia is to develop a project, about the sacred plants based on Amazonian folk tales and native designs that can result in a professional stop-motion co-production between European and Peruvian artists and companies.

The intention is to create narratives that recognize the values of the natives who continue suffering racism, provoking insecurities in their cultural identity (even within their own country) caused by Europeans in the past; prohibiting their customs, their religion, their language, abusing and disqualifying them as human beings.
