The Animation Workshop / VIA UC established a collaboration with the Danish Broadcasting Corporation, DR, focused on the development of sci-vi animation-productions for current researchers in this year's Ph.d cup.

    Sci-Vi Animations at DR2 in the Ph.d. cup 2020

    Ph.d. Cup is a dissemination competition developed in collaboration between Information, DR and the Lundbeck Foundation. 5 researches battle over who can disseminate their research best across 3 minutes of television time. In 2020 DR and Sci-Vi made collabrative short (30 second) animated sum ups of the reseach area.The animations were created by 5 different animators/visual artists connected to the Sci-Vi Community: Jody Ghani, Michelle Kranot, Philip Piaget + Rikke Alma Krogshave Planeta, Cosimo Miorelli and Ruta Babelyte. The project was supported by Viborg Municipality
