  • Structure and content

This workshop is a four-day introduction to a classical approach to drawing. During the workshop the students will learn new tools to better understand and depict the human figure. Students will work on understanding mass, volume, gesture and proportions.

The focus of this workshop is mainly an understanding how to draw the human body, but the approach will be beneficial for any other subject matter, such as drawing animals, landscapes and cityscapes, as well as the ability to draw from the imagination.

The workshop is a “bootcamp” of sorts to train the eye and hand and not necessarily about art, but about acquiring tools for creating art.

Extra activities: the participants will be invited to attend optional activities during evenings amongst the group, such as Dream Catcher workshops, Yoga, Cooking, etc.
