  • In connection with your stay in Viborg, while attending one of our courses, we offer to assist you with housing as a part of our service. Since the format of the ANIDOX:LAB is made up of short modules, our housing options are different in comparison to our other courses.

During the two modules in Viborg, we normally house all our participants in the B&B Hotel Oasen.

If you have any questions in relation to housing in connection with Professional Courses, please contact taw.housing@via.dk.

  • The course fee is 700 EUR. TAW offers three types of scholarships to help fund your course.

The fee is the same for all participants regardless of nationality, unless awarded a scholarship. As per the rules of our co-funder Creative Europe MEDIA, The Animation Workshop can offer scholarships to course participants from so-called low production capacity countries. But in special cases, course participants from other EU countries, as well as non-EU countries, will be taken into consideration as well. The Animation Workshop's opportunities to award scholarships are very limited, therefore we expect applicants to also actively seek funding elsewhere. Please submit evidence of your funding applications. You should ask your local Creative Europe Desk for advice about which options are available to you in your region.

You can apply for three types of scholarships:

    • Travel to and from the module locations
    • Housing (rent and utilities)
    • Course fee (part or full coverage)

You can apply for multiple categories, but please be realistic of what you need. Some applicants rely completely on a scholarship to be able to attend the course. You can apply for a scholarship in the application form for the course. You will receive an invoice for the entire course fee shortly before the start of the course. This will be sent as a PDF attachment to your e-mail.
