This 2-day weekend course offers practical, evidence-based mindfulness training for students and alumni. You will learn simple tools to calm your nervous system, notice stress/autopilot early, and reset attention.
What you will learn
During the weekend, you will:
- Learn 3–4 core practices: body scan, sitting meditation, mindful walking, and gentle mindful movement.
- Train the skill of noticing autopilot early and returning to the present moment.
- Practice micro-tools (1–5 minutes) you can use in everyday situations (e.g., before/after feedback, meetings, intense work sessions).
- Learn how to adapt the practices (chair/mat/eyes open) to fit your body and your day.
- Design a realistic personal micro-routine (5–15 minutes) you can maintain after the weekend.
