What you will learn

With special focus on page layout, the teacher will talk about how placing, pacing, and panelling can make or break a story. Expect lots of inspiration, small assignments, class discussions, and geeking out about the little details!

This comics course is for everyone - from beginner to professional - who wants to expand their view of what comics can be, and the storytelling language ONLY COMICS can use! 

How to apply

Seats are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. You have to register in the system NemStudie, either with NemID, if you live in Denmark, or with your e-mail address. When you have registered, your seat is reserved. After the application deadline, you will receive an invoice that has to be paid before the course starts.

  • Accommodation is not included in the fee but Viborg offers several affordable accommodation opportunities. Within walking distance of the school you will find OasenNattely and Klosterpensionen. The latter is located right next to Viborg's old Dome, right in the heart of the city. Other options include Lisely and Danhostel Viborg. You can also take a look at the local tourist agency's list of accommodation.

  • The course fee is DKK 1,700 (app. EUR 230). This including drawing materials and tea/coffee during the course.
