  • Structure and content

    Production Management

    “Production Management” is one of two legs of the course package Producing Animated Content for Film and TV.

    The Production Management course will cover all the aspects of managing an animation film or TV project that are crucial for it to be completed within its allocated timeframe and budget, and at the promised level of quality.

    Subjects to be approached will include budget control, project management, practical co-production considerations, and team management, including communication and leading fruitful collaborations between international creative teams.

  • How to apply

    The course is for graduates and professionals of animation, film, business, media studies and similar, preferably with some animation experience, who wish to work as a production manager in the animation industry.

    In order to apply, please fill out the online application form. You will be asked to provide a CV and upload diploma and other relevant documents to prove that you have the required education or work experience.

    Accommodation is not included in the fee but Viborg offers several affordable accommodation opportunities. Within walking distance of the school you will find Oasen, Nattely and Klosterpensionen. The latter is located right next to Viborg's old Dome, right in the heart of the city. Other options include Lisely and Danhostel Viborg. You can also take a look at the local tourist agency's list of accommodation.
