Applying without MitID? Send signature page before deadline
If you do not apply with MitID (Danish digital ID) you will receive a signature page when you have completed your application.
You must:
- Date and sign the page.
- Email the signature page to apply@via.dk before 15 March at 12:00 noon.
- State which programme you have applied for in the subject line of the email.
Your application is not valid until you do the above and will be rejected unless we receive the signature page by 15 March at 12:00 noon.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email from apply@via.dk when we have received your email. It is your responsibility to check that you have attached and sent the signature page correctly. We do not check this before we proceed your application after the deadline.
Standby list
The standby list is a waiting list used to offer study places if any become available.
If you are admitted to the standby list, you will be offered a study place if an admitted applicant withdraws, or you will be offered a study place the following year.
When you submit your application via optagelse.dk, you can apply for a spot on the standby list by checking the box "Standby" in the online application form
Make sure you understand the consequences of applying for the standby list. It might affect your application, if you have applied for other programmes.
